CSC Club Meeting - Friday, 5/18/2012
Author: Thomas Wong
Well, we had another great CSC Club meeting last night, and I wanted to post some pictures here and get a roll call from everybody that came out.
All in all, we had about 20+ rigs in the parking lot, and several new members came out to see what the club's about, several old timers showed their faces after a long hiatus, and the usual suspects were there, too. Suspiciously absent were LandCruiserPhil, medtro, and who can forget Saddletramp.
I'll apologize now for crappy quality pictures, but my camera on my phone is all I had to prove that we met!
This ride stole the show, and while I didn't catch the members name, it had CA plates, and got a lot of attention;

Someone can post the details for all to read.
Next up, we had the standard lineup of ubiquitous 80's, and you can also make out the 'Afrika Corps' 55 (?) in there that was my personal favorite. When an owner gets this serious about Form-follows-Function, you have to take note! Can't wait to see this rig on a run with us!

And, lastly, a wider pan shot of some club members rides. Worth mentioning the new Slee Short Bus bumper on the 80 to the right, as this is a fresh install, and you could still smell the powdercoat drying;
A good time was had by everyone, and a warm welcome to ScottyDog, a new visitor from L.A., CA who may be joining soon. Was great talking to you about your FZJ80, and what you're planning next. Take care, all.
